# Jot vs Document Vault

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Document Vault at 18 against Jot's 26.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Jot sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Document Vault sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
