Turn conversations into useful text. Record meetings, lectures, interviews, voice notes, and ideas. You can also import existing audio files. ToText creates an organized transcript, a clear AI summary, and practical action items. Share audio or video from another app, then open ToText to transcribe it. With ToText, you can: • Record in the app or import audio files • Get automatic transcripts with speaker labels • Choose the length and style of each AI summary • Automatically generate action items, titles, and tags • Ask questions and get answers based on the transcript • Follow playback with a synchronized transcript • Search, edit, copy, share, and export as PDF ToText transcribes 60 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, Japanese, and Hebrew. Choose the language spoken in your recording, or use automatic detection. The transcript stays in the spoken language, while generated summaries and answers follow your app language. Explore your recordings in Home. See Insights and charts from your library, find recordings in the weekly Calendar, and keep the tasks you choose from recordings together in Tasks. Task selections stay on this device. Home and its Insights, Calendar and Tasks screens require iOS 26. Privacy by design: No ToText account, email address, or profile is required. Your library is stored on your device and, when iCloud sync is enabled, in your personal iCloud Drive. Audio sent for transcription is deleted from the server shortly after processing finishes. We do not keep a permanent archive of your recordings, transcripts, or summaries. The Free plan includes 60 transcription minutes per month. You can ask up to 2 questions per recording. Basic includes 1,000 minutes per month and up to 30 questions per recording. Pro includes 2,000 minutes per month and unlimited Q&A for fair personal use.
