# TimeZones vs Elsewhere

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TimeZones at none against Elsewhere's 1. TimeZones also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). Elsewhere's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Elsewhere sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. TimeZones asks for nothing beyond the download.

TimeZones ships an update every 5 days, Elsewhere every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
