# Days Count vs Tickgrid

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tickgrid at every 5 days against Days Count's every 3 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Days Count sells 9 one-off in-app purchases and Tickgrid sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Days Count ships an update every 3 months, Tickgrid every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
