# Daily Affirmations vs BelieveIn

The clearest difference is ads: BelieveIn at none against Daily Affirmations's shown. BelieveIn also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 days) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Daily Affirmations sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and BelieveIn sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Daily Affirmations ships an update every 5 days, BelieveIn every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
