# QualitySets vs Helix Training

The clearest difference is update cadence: Helix Training at every 5 days against QualitySets's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

QualitySets ships an update fortnightly, Helix Training every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
