# Focus Training vs 大脑反应训练

The clearest difference is update cadence: 大脑反应训练 at every 5 days against Focus Training's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus Training sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and 大脑反应训练 sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
