# MusicBook Pro vs GigScript

The clearest difference is device support: MusicBook Pro at 5 against GigScript's 3. GigScript's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MusicBook Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and GigScript sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MusicBook Pro ships an update every 10 days, GigScript weekly. Both last shipped on October 7, 2026.
