# Imposter vs Draft Circles

The clearest difference is rating: Draft Circles at 4.5 against Imposter's 3.8. Draft Circles also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 4 months). Imposter's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 75%) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Draft Circles holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 8 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Imposter's written reviews are positive against 75% of Draft Circles's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Imposter ships an update every 4 months, Draft Circles weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
