# BridgeReader vs SuperReading

The clearest difference is update cadence: SuperReading at every 3 days against BridgeReader's every 3 weeks. SuperReading also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BridgeReader sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month and SuperReading sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BridgeReader ships an update every 3 weeks, SuperReading every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
