# GhostTrail vs GhostLab

The clearest difference is update cadence: GhostLab at every 2 days against GhostTrail's monthly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GhostTrail sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and GhostLab sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GhostTrail ships an update monthly, GhostLab every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
