# Nokosu vs PenSign

The clearest difference is update cadence: Nokosu at weekly against PenSign's fortnightly. PenSign's advantage is iOS requirement (17.4 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nokosu sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month and PenSign sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
