# GlucoLive vs ForMyGluco

The clearest difference is update cadence: ForMyGluco at every 2 days against GlucoLive's every 5 days. ForMyGluco also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GlucoLive sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and ForMyGluco sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GlucoLive ships an update every 5 days, ForMyGluco every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
