# TaskTracker vs LargeFileTransfer

The clearest difference is update cadence: LargeFileTransfer at every 2 days against TaskTracker's every 10 days. TaskTracker's advantage is iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TaskTracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and LargeFileTransfer sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TaskTracker ships an update every 10 days, LargeFileTransfer every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
