# D vs BySide

The clearest difference is update cadence: BySide at every 2 days against D's every 4 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. D sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and BySide sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

D ships an update every 4 days, BySide every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
