# Mental Math Sprint vs Flash Vocal

The clearest difference is update cadence: Flash Vocal at weekly against Mental Math Sprint's every 4 months. Flash Vocal also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mental Math Sprint sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Flash Vocal sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mental Math Sprint ships an update every 4 months, Flash Vocal weekly. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
