# Daily Steps vs Fawnly

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fawnly at every 8 days against Daily Steps's every 4 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Daily Steps sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Fawnly sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Daily Steps ships an update every 4 months, Fawnly every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
