# DayPace vs Tether

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tether at every 4 days against DayPace's every 11 days. DayPace's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DayPace sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Tether sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DayPace ships an update every 11 days, Tether every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
