# Focustown vs UNTIL Timer

The clearest difference is update cadence: Focustown at every 5 days against UNTIL Timer's every 3 weeks. Focustown also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focustown sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and UNTIL Timer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focustown ships an update every 5 days, UNTIL Timer every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
