# HR & SpO2 vs FastOnce

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: HR & SpO2 at none against FastOnce's 1. FastOnce's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 11 days) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FastOnce sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. HR & SpO2 asks for nothing beyond the download.

HR & SpO2 ships an update every 11 days, FastOnce every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
