# Open Vitals vs TabSet

The clearest difference is update cadence: TabSet at every 3 weeks against Open Vitals's every 6 weeks. TabSet also leads on device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Open Vitals sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and TabSet sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Open Vitals ships an update every 6 weeks, TabSet every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
