# Sticky Notes vs Tearpad

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Sticky Notes at none against Tearpad's 1. Tearpad's advantage is update cadence (daily vs fortnightly). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tearpad sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Sticky Notes asks for nothing beyond the download.

Sticky Notes ships an update fortnightly, Tearpad daily. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
