# Sticky Notes vs Nubble Notes

The clearest difference is rating: Nubble Notes at 5.0 against Sticky Notes's 4.7. Nubble Notes also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). Sticky Notes's advantage is ratings volume (15 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Nubble Notes holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sticky Notes has 15 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Sticky Notes ships an update fortnightly, Nubble Notes every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
