# Stop Doomscrolling vs Konvo

The clearest difference is update cadence: Konvo at every 2 days against Stop Doomscrolling's weekly. Konvo also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stop Doomscrolling sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Konvo sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Stop Doomscrolling ships an update weekly, Konvo every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
