Move your workouts between Apple Health and Garmin Connect, or save them as TCX files. Run to TCX supports running by default. Enable additional workouts in Settings to export and upload traditional and functional strength workouts. Garmin-to-Apple Health imports support running only. FEATURES • Read Apple Health workouts and available GPS routes, distance, heart rate and calories with your permission. • Export one workout or multiple selected workouts as TCX files. • Sign in on Garmin’s web page and upload selected workouts to Garmin Connect. • Optionally import Garmin runs into Apple Health, including available route and heart-rate data. Imports are off by default. Choose workouts manually or enable automatic downloads in Settings. • Check for matching activities before transfers to help avoid duplicates. • Enable automatic uploads and downloads independently in Background sync settings. Scheduled checks cover the last 24 hours and revisit pending workouts when missing distance or route data arrives. • Choose running, strength or both for automatic uploads, and require distance or GPS routes for running. • Receive optional completion notifications with each workout’s name, date, distance and duration. • Keep workout upload statuses between app launches. • Browse all dates with paged cards, or choose the last 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks or a custom range. • Filter upload candidates, download candidates, synced and excluded workouts. Clearing the last status selects all. • Review failure details, retry transfers, or save TCX files for manual Garmin import. • Choose English or Korean and system, light or dark appearance. PRIVACY Health data is read on your device. Selected workout data is sent directly to Garmin when you request an upload or enable automatic upload, or saved to destinations you choose when exporting. Optional Garmin imports are saved to Apple Health after you choose to import or enable automatic download and grant Health write access. Imported TCX data is processed in memory and is not retained as a file. You enter your password and MFA on Garmin’s web page. Session credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain. Run to TCX does not use a developer-operated server to store your workouts or Garmin credentials. Garmin sign-in is optional for TCX file export. Available measurements depend on source data and permissions.

WorkoutPort can sync workouts saved to Apple Health by other apps. Choose by source app, workout type and date. Strava sync is free. WorkoutPort is built for Apple Watch and Health app users who want controlled Strava uploads instead of a simple sync switch. Connect Strava once, preview matching workouts, then sync now or let eligible workouts upload automatically in the background. Free core features. Optional Pro. Health workout viewing and analysis, filtered Strava sync, file export/import, and Classic sharing are free. WorkoutPort Pro adds Minimal and Highlight card designs, photo and route backgrounds, reusable share presets, weekly and monthly recap cards, and app appearance and icon options. Choose monthly, yearly, or lifetime access. Preview creative options before buying; subscriptions and the lifetime purchase unlock the same Pro features. Pro also adds saved period reviews and benchmarks, incremental file backups, migration tools, automatic gear rules and structured planning. Strava sync: - Send long runs and rides to Strava, but skip short walks, commutes, warmups, test recordings, or private workouts. - Filter uploads by workout type, date, weekday, distance, duration, active calories, GPS route, source app, and recorded device. - Create separate Strava rules for running, cycling, walking, strength, indoor workouts, route-only workouts, and more. - Preview which Health workouts match before enabling auto-sync. - Upload selected workouts manually whenever you want. - Retry failed uploads, skip likely duplicates, review sync status, and switch or disconnect your Strava account. Why use WorkoutPort: - More control over what leaves Apple Health. - Better handling for selected past workouts and filtered batches. - Local FIT, GPX, TCX, CSV, and Markdown backups when you want portable workout files. - Clear upload status, duplicate checks, and manual fallback options. Workout details and backup: Open a workout to inspect route maps, heart rate, pace, power, cadence, elevation, energy, splits, source, device, and photos where Health provides the data. Export single workouts or filtered batches to FIT, GPX, TCX, CSV, and Markdown ZIP. Share files through Files, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, email, spreadsheets, and fitness platforms that accept standard workout files. Import preview: WorkoutPort can preview GPX, TCX, and FIT files before writing to Health. Health writes require explicit confirmation, duplicate checks, and clear warnings. Privacy: Health data stays on device unless you export a file, connect Strava, share a workout, or confirm a Health import. WorkoutPort does not include analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking.
