# Vickie vs LangReel

The clearest difference is ads: LangReel at none against Vickie's shown. LangReel also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vickie sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and LangReel sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Vickie ships an update every 2 weeks, LangReel every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
