# CSUN vs CaliEverywhere

The clearest difference is review sentiment: CaliEverywhere at 100% against CSUN's 44%. CaliEverywhere also leads on rating (4.9 vs 3.0). CSUN's advantage is update cadence (every 4 months vs every 36 months) and ratings volume (65 vs 10). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CaliEverywhere holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CSUN has 65 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 44% of CSUN's written reviews are positive against 100% of CaliEverywhere's.

CSUN ships an update every 4 months, CaliEverywhere every 36 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
