# Chip Up vs BlindClock

The clearest difference is update cadence: BlindClock at every 4 days against Chip Up's every 2 weeks. Chip Up's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Chip Up sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per year and BlindClock sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Chip Up ships an update every 2 weeks, BlindClock every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on September 26, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
