# CatDays vs Kaomojiru

The clearest difference is ads: CatDays at none against Kaomojiru's shown. Kaomojiru's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CatDays sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Kaomojiru sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CatDays ships an update fortnightly, Kaomojiru weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
