# PeptAide vs Contour

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: PeptAide at none against Contour's 6. PeptAide also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Contour's advantage is ratings volume (31 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Contour sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. PeptAide asks for nothing beyond the download.

PeptAide holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Contour has 31 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of PeptAide's written reviews are positive against 67% of Contour's.

PeptAide ships an update every 10 days, Contour fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
