About

PulseFit

Bring your Apple Health activity and sleep records together with a daily check-in. PulseFit helps you see the numbers alongside how you feel, without requiring an email address to get started. SEE YOUR DAY With your permission, view available sleep, steps, heart rate, HRV, and workout information from Apple Health. See a recovery overview based on the data available to the app. The information shown depends on your devices, data sources, and permissions. Recovery scores are app-generated reference indicators, not medical measurements. ADD HOW YOU FEEL Record your mood, add notes and tags, and enter supported metrics manually. Include everyday context such as stress, fatigue, and training feedback. An Apple Watch is not required for manual check-ins. Automatic health readings need a compatible data source; a personal note is not a physiological measurement. START WITHOUT EMAIL Use device-only access to get started without an email address. Email-verified local accounts are optional. The current version does not provide cloud health-data sync. CHECK YOUR OWN DEVICES View status summaries with Apple Watch sync and widgets. These features require compatible devices and relevant permissions. AI IS OPTIONAL AI conversations require separate consent. When you allow AI data use, prepared health summaries, recent trends, your entries, and recent conversation turns are sent through PulseFit servers to an external AI model service to generate responses. Raw HealthKit samples are not sent. No personal API key or model setup is required. You can turn off AI data consent to stop future sending and continue using on-device features. AI requires an internet connection, can make mistakes, and is not a substitute for professional judgment. Most app records are stored on your device, but cloud AI is not processed entirely on-device. PulseFit is for everyday tracking and general information. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. Consult a healthcare professional about symptoms or health concerns.

About

RunStamp

Features

RunStamp turns the runs you record on Apple Watch and iPhone into emotional posters and a running diary you'll actually want to share. It automatically pulls together your distance, time, pace, heart rate, and route, then adds today's mood and a one-line note to create a single image ready to post straight to Instagram. You don't have to be a fast runner. A short distance, a slow pace β€” if you got out and ran today, it's worth remembering. β–  Automatic running posters Finish your run, open the app, and a poster is already waiting. Save and share in Story 9:16, Feed 1:1, or Portrait 4:5. β–  7 emotional templates Β· your own photo as the background Minimal Run, Night Runner, Slow But Done, and more. Drop in a photo you took today, drag and zoom to frame it, and lay your caption on top. β–  Beginner-friendly wording A slow pace shows up as "Easy," not "slow," and a run with walking breaks becomes "Run-Walk." Slow runners get to show off without the shame. β–  Smart captions & hashtags Pick today's mood and RunStamp completes a matching one-liner and hashtags for you. β–  Stamp badges First Run Β· 5K Done Β· Slow But Done… collect badges as your runs add up. β–  Privacy protection for safe sharing (on by default) Auto-hide your home-area route Β· blur start/end points Β· convert your route into line-art. Photo-background posters never embed GPS or an address. β–  Monthly report This month's total distance, run count, top mood, and "sentence of the month" in one image. β–  Fully on device Everything is processed only on your device. No server uploads, no account, no ads, no tracking. Health data is read-only and never written. Import your runs and use the core posters and default privacy protection for free. Unlock Pro forever with a one-time purchase (no subscription) for premium templates, photo backgrounds, line-art, and watermark removal. Make today's run look good.
