# GradeThread vs SessionVault

The clearest difference is update cadence: GradeThread at every 8 days against SessionVault's monthly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GradeThread sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month and SessionVault sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GradeThread ships an update every 8 days, SessionVault monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
