# StreakFlows vs HourNest

The clearest difference is ads: StreakFlows at none against HourNest's shown. HourNest's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

StreakFlows ships an update monthly, HourNest fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
