# PixelPal vs Wiggly Pet

The clearest difference is rating: PixelPal at 5.0 against Wiggly Pet's 4.0. PixelPal also leads on ads (none vs shown). Wiggly Pet's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PixelPal sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Wiggly Pet sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PixelPal holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 1 respectively.

PixelPal ships an update every 2 months, Wiggly Pet every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
