# DualCam vs Blurpeg

The clearest difference is update cadence: Blurpeg at every 5 days against DualCam's every 3 weeks. DualCam's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DualCam sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Blurpeg sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DualCam ships an update every 3 weeks, Blurpeg every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
