# Makrofy vs Profast

The clearest difference is update cadence: Makrofy at every 2 days against Profast's every 9 days. Makrofy also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Makrofy sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Profast sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Makrofy ships an update every 2 days, Profast every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
