# Hush vs Fasting Tracker

The clearest difference is ads: Fasting Tracker at none against Hush's shown. Hush's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hush sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Fasting Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hush ships an update every 2 days, Fasting Tracker every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
