# TSTE Strong vs SteadyLift

The clearest difference is update cadence: SteadyLift at every 2 days against TSTE Strong's fortnightly. TSTE Strong's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TSTE Strong sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and SteadyLift sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TSTE Strong ships an update fortnightly, SteadyLift every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
