# NoteGarden vs Fliptik

The clearest difference is monetization model: NoteGarden at free against Fliptik's freemium. Fliptik's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 8 days) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NoteGarden sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Fliptik sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NoteGarden ships an update every 8 days, Fliptik every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
