# Monthly vs ParallelPaws

The clearest difference is update cadence: ParallelPaws at every 2 days against Monthly's every 5 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Monthly sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and ParallelPaws sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
