# HomeKeep vs Sheaf

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sheaf at every 3 days against HomeKeep's every 4 weeks. HomeKeep's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HomeKeep sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Sheaf sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HomeKeep ships an update every 4 weeks, Sheaf every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
