# Held vs VitalFill

The clearest difference is update cadence: Held at weekly against VitalFill's monthly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Held sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and VitalFill sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Held ships an update weekly, VitalFill monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
