Do something good. Then scroll. ScreenFox makes you earn your screen time, together with Foxy, a little fox who needs your help. Do 10 push-ups. Go for a walk. Make your bed. Drink a glass of water. Finally touch some grass. • Real life earns Foxy hearts. • Hearts unlock TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, games or any app you choose. Out of hearts? Your apps stay locked. You don't have to delete your apps. You just earn them. WHY WILLPOWER ISN'T ENOUGH Screen time limits? You tap "ignore". App blockers? You delete them. Deleting the apps? You download them again. It's not your fault. These apps are built by huge teams with one job: keeping you scrolling. That's not a fair fight. So ScreenFox changes the rules: Do something good → +1 heart Open a distracting app → −1 heart PROOF, NOT PROMISES Foxy doesn't just take your word for it. • Push-ups and squats are counted with your camera • Walks are measured with GPS and your step counter • Quests like making your bed are checked with a photo • Quizzes need 5 right answers All checks run on your iPhone. Your photos and routes never leave it. WAYS TO EARN A HEART • Focus: study, read, work or meditate while your apps stay blocked. Up to 3 hearts per session. • Quiz: math, geography, trivia • Exercise: push-ups, squats, a walk • Quests: make your bed, drink water, smile, tidy your desk, step outside, touch grass • Journal: mood check-in, gratitude journal WHAT CHANGES • Every app open becomes a choice, not a reflex • The thing you said you'd do happens first • Fewer late-night scrolls • Your phone becomes a tool again MEET FOXY Foxy lives in a little forest inside the app. Earn hearts and he's happy. Spend them all on scrolling and he gets tired and sad. And before you open a locked app, he'll ask: "Hmm, are you sure?" HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the apps that steal your time 2. Pick a task: quiz, workout, walk, quest, journal or focus session 3. Prove it and earn a heart 4. Spend a heart to open an app for a few minutes Do something good. Earn a heart. Then scroll. Still helps you spend less time scrolling and more time on what matters. BLOCK APPS STRAIGHT FROM HOME Open Quick controls, tap Block apps, and choose the apps you want to block with Apple’s Screen Time picker. No profile setup is needed. Your choices are saved, and you can edit them or turn quick blocking on and off from Home outside an active Focus session. BUILD YOUR OWN PROFILES Organize distracting apps into reusable profiles. Use always-on blocks, schedules, and daily limits to fit your routine. Quick app blocking works alongside your existing profiles. BLOCK WEBSITES Create reusable website lists, block distracting sites, allow only essential sites, or use the built-in Adult sites list. Add website lists to profiles or Focus. START STRICT FOCUS Save multiple Focus presets with your own names, durations, apps, profiles, and website lists. After Focus starts, it cannot be stopped, shortened, or changed until the timer ends. FAST DAILY CONTROLS Use Home to manage quick app blocking, your most important profiles, and website lists in one place. Turning off one control does not remove blocks applied by another profile or an active Focus session. LOCAL-FIRST Your profiles, website lists, Focus presets, and reminders stay on your device. Still uses Apple Screen Time for blocking and does not receive your exact Screen Time totals. STILL PRO App blocking is always free. Focus and website blocking are available during the first seven days. Still Pro unlocks Focus and website blocking and removes ads. Choose a monthly auto-renewable subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by region. Monthly Pro renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
