# Screen Time & Focus vs Return

The clearest difference is update cadence: Return at daily against Screen Time & Focus's fortnightly. Return also leads on device support (3 vs 1). Screen Time & Focus's advantage is iOS requirement (17.2 vs 26.2). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Screen Time & Focus sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Return sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
