Skin Tracker vs FormLapse

PerfectSkinDiary - AI Skin Tracker Your skin tells a story. PerfectSkinDiary helps you read it. Whether you're tackling acne, testing a new serum, or tracking how your skin ages. PerfectSkinDiary gives you clinical-grade analysis, personalized AI insights, and a clear visual goal, all from a daily selfie. --- YOUR SKIN. SCORED. EVERY DAY. Powered by Perfect Corp's professional AI Skin Analysis, each daily photo is measured across 16 metrics - wrinkles, pores, acne, moisture, redness, oiliness, texture, radiance, firmness, age spots, dark circles, eye bags, and more - with regional breakdowns across your forehead, cheeks, and nose. No guesswork. Just data. --- SEE WHERE YOU'RE HEADED FROM DAY 1 When you create a new skin track, the app generates a personalised Goal Image - a photorealistic simulation of what your skin could look like after targeted improvement. It's your north star for the entire journey, locked in on Day 1 so you always know what you're working toward. --- TRACK YOUR ROUTINE. FIND WHAT WORKS. Log your AM and PM skincare products for each track. Claude AI analyses your scores alongside your routine to surface meaningful connections - like when your moisture improves after adding a new ceramide serum, or when redness spikes correlate with a product change. Plain-language insights. No dermatology degree required. --- DAY-OVER-DAY COMPARISON Every entry is automatically compared to the previous one. See which metrics improved, which declined, and by how much with clear delta indicators so you can spot patterns early. --- UV INDEX + SPF RECOMMENDATIONS Start every morning knowing how much sun protection you actually need. The home screen UV widget uses your location to show today's UV index and recommend the minimum SPF for safe exposure because great skincare doesn't stop at moisturizer. --- SHARE WITH YOUR DERMATOLOGIST Select any entries from your timeline and export a structured PDF report - photos, AI scores, mask overlays, and Claude summaries in chronological order - ready to bring to your next dermatologist appointment. --- PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your photos never leave your personal, encrypted storage. No social feeds. No sharing. No other users see your skin data ever. Sign in with Apple or Google to secure your account, or start completely anonymously with no sign-up required. --- GET STARTED FREE New users get a 2-day free trial with unlimited analyses. After that, top up with coins to keep tracking - flexible packages available, no subscription required. --- PerfectSkinDiary is a personal wellness tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment advice. Always consult a qualified dermatologist for medical skin concerns.
