TrueLevel Bubble Level

TrueLevel is a bubble level for your iPhone. Lay the phone on a shelf, a picture frame, a table or a washing machine and read how far it is from level in two ways at once: a bubble that drifts toward the high side, and pitch and roll in degrees, to one decimal place. The big number is the larger of the two tilts, with a short verdict beside it: Level, Almost, Slight tilt, Off or Steep. When the phone is within your tolerance, the bubble and the numbers turn green. WHAT YOU GET • Bubble level — a bullseye vial whose bubble moves toward the high side. • Pitch and roll — each axis has its own vial and its own reading in degrees. • Inclination — an optional third reading: the total angle away from flat. • Zero — tap Zero on any surface and the app shows tilt relative to it. Use it when a surface is not truly flat or a case makes the phone sit unevenly. The zero is remembered until you reset it. • Tolerance — choose how close counts as level: 0.2°, 0.5°, 1.0° or 2.0°. • Haptics — a tap when the phone settles into level. You can switch it off. • Angle log — capture a reading, name it (for example "Top shelf"), and find it later in the Log. Swipe a row to rename or delete it. Angles are shown in degrees, with the decimal separator of your region. The interface is in English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Thai, Vietnamese and Simplified Chinese. FREE AND PRO The level, the pitch, roll and inclination readings, zero, tolerance and haptics are free. TrueLevel Pro, a one-time in-app purchase, unlocks saving readings to the Log. If your Log already has readings, you can keep adding to it without Pro. Unlock and Restore Purchase are in Settings. GOOD TO KNOW • Works in portrait on iPhone, using the phone's motion sensors. Accuracy depends on the sensors in your phone, so zero it on a surface you trust. • Motion is read only while the app is open on screen. • No account and no ads. The readings you save stay on your device; the purchase goes through the App Store.

Hang the picture straight. Get the shelf level. See which corner needs a lift. Turn your iPhone or iPad into a handy bubble level and angle finder for the small adjustments that finish a job well. Measure face down, read when you lift Start a short countdown and place your phone screen-down on the surface. The result stays locked when you pick it up, keeping the rear camera bump out of the way while you measure. A phone-back guide shows which side or corner to raise. See the tilt as you work Use the circular bubble to check a surface in two directions, or the classic horizontal vial to line up an edge. Clear angle readings help you follow each adjustment, from a picture frame to a shelf or table. Keep the reading you need Hold a live measurement to inspect it away from the surface. Set a reference with calibration to compare relative angles, and choose sound or vibration cues for leveling. At home, in the workshop or setting up a tripod, keep a quick leveling tool close at hand. Choose from 28 languages and get on with the job.
