# Talksim vs Steady

The clearest difference is update cadence: Steady at every 6 days against Talksim's every 3 months. Talksim's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Talksim sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Steady sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Talksim ships an update every 3 months, Steady every 6 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
