# SkyWx vs Sun

The clearest difference is device support: Sun at 4 against SkyWx's 2. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SkyWx sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month and Sun sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SkyWx ships an update monthly, Sun every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
