# Lifty vs Super Workout

The clearest difference is ads: Super Workout at none against Lifty's shown. Super Workout also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 days) and iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.5). Lifty's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lifty sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Super Workout sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lifty ships an update every 5 days, Super Workout every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
