# Boo Alarm vs FORM28

The clearest difference is update cadence: FORM28 at every 2 days against Boo Alarm's fortnightly. FORM28 also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Boo Alarm sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and FORM28 sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $29.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Boo Alarm ships an update fortnightly, FORM28 every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
